Think I'm going with #2, though #3 is a close second.  Here's my criteria;

- Is heavy armor, but with no Dex penalties.  The mix of metal and heavy material in those images fit that very well, though to me #2 fits a little better, #3 looks more light to medium
- Is a sealed unit to provide some environmental filtering (they all fit that one)
- The bracers look heavy enough to have a grapple on one and a wrist blaster on the other.  On #2, the bracers look big enough that those could be concealed, #3 they would have to stick out and I like the idea of them being concealed
- Integrated nightvision and macrobinoculars.  The individual eye lenses in #2 do lend more to my vision of that.  #4 would work too, it looks like the one part of the helmet could come down over the visor but I like the idea of using those being less obvious.  #3 works I guess, those aspects could be all digital/computerized and affect the visor.  One thing about having a visor over individual eyelets is a broader field of vision.  Craig, would that come into play game wise?

On a more real world note, it looks like one person could take #2 or #3 off or put them on relatively quickly, or more easily remove a glove, bracer or boot than the others.

I do like some aspects of the helmet better on #4 than #2, but I'm not a fan of the metal plates that make up the midsection.

No game effects, this is all cosmetic. You can have a single occulus as a sensor and still have full stereoscopic views inside the helmet.
