Between her hesitation and the slight shift of her expression it would be clear to anyone observing the girl that she at least somewhat considered the suggestion.
Afterall, this was the second time Holler had mentioned it, and, although she had sent her letter to Trax what felt like forever ago, she had not received a reply.
What if they had all forgotten about her?
Holler and his team felt almost as close to family as Kesh had right now, and if Trax and the others weren't going to re-enter her life at all, well, family was a good thing, right?
But, her thoughts flashed back to her time on the Death Station and the combat they had seen there. She hadn't really been very good with that, had she? And she was still just a kid. What could she possibly do to help Holler's team that wasn't just getting in the way and causing them to babysit her?
She let out a sigh and sipped her kavvy tentatively (not sure how hot it was) for a moment for an excuse for her hesitation if nothing else.
"They need me here." she said, finally, but it was clear she wasn't quite sure anymore.
