The stun blaster was either / or. You can have a 5 shot one that does 4D damage, or a single-shot one that does 6D.

Hmm, need to think on that one but I'm leaning to 4D. I read it as it normally would do 4D but you could boost it to 6D if you hadn't taken any shots.

I'll go with 5 shots at 4D.

Meh, Caelli-Merced Sentinel IV are better. And in Trax's hands, they'd be even deadlier.

Quote
Model: Caelli-Merced Sentinel IV Blaster
Type: Heavy blaster pisto
 Scale: Character
Skill: Blaster: heavy blaster pistol
Ammo: 100
Cost: 1,200
Availability: 4, R
Range: 3-10/30/60
Damage: 5D+2

Game Notes: The Caelli-Merced is a precisely designed weapon, intentionally designed for the advanced user. This weapon adds +5 to the difficulty for any user with a blaster skill of less than 4D, but anyone with a blaster skill of 6D or higher gets a +1D to hit.

There's also this one:

Quote
Model: BlasTech DT-57 "Annihilator" Heavy Blaster Pistol
Type: Heavy blaster pistol
Scale: Character
Skill: Blaster: heavy blaster pistol
Ammo: 25
Cost: 850
Availability: 2, R
Range: 3-7/25/50
Damage: 6D+1

So the Blastech would be available in large cities or space ports, what's the nearest city/planet/system to get one (or two ;) )

Now the Caelli, how far does one have to travel to get to the planet of origin?

Socorro is where you would need to go for that. They are only custom-made.

Is hat a long trip?

What about getting to somewhere that sells the blastechs?

The BlasTech's are readily available, depending on Imperial restrictions.

If Trax doesn't know where he'd be able to get them, then he'd do a search, aka get someone with computer skills to search for him.

How far is Socorro from Alderaan?

20 day to Socorro via standard commercial transport. You can do it in 10 if you pay for a fast ship.

Okay. Trax's goal will be to get the blastechs but if a mission ever takes us in the direction of Socorro let me know (within about 10 days commercial transport), he might consider making a run.

We could still try the black market, even on Alderaan, though I imagine the cost would give a heart attack on a blaster-free world.

I had the rifle and two? pistols on the station but she fell at the end. Do I consider them a loss? I think I lent a pistol to Danny, I don't recall. I'll obviously have to find something else if so.

Craig mentioned it'd be really hard to get into the black market on Alderaan. Not that I don't think Nim wouldn't be able to, but yeah, the price would be insanely inflated. I'd rather try to get it through legit channels and save some creds.

I'd also rather not get into any illegal activity while we're here. It's be a little disrespectful to our hosts.

Custom Armour
Type: Personal battle armor
Cost: Not available for sale
Availability: 4, X
Game Notes:
Armor: provides +1D to Strength for physical attacks, +1D for energy attacks.

Left Bracer: Grapple Launcher: Sytherope dispenser and grapple launcher, grants +3D to climbing rolls. Uses missile weapons skill.

Right Bracer: Stun Blaster:
   Damage 4D (Ion)
Ammo: 5 (can't be reloaded in combat)
   Range: 1-2/4/6
   Uses blaster skill

Helmet: Integrated macrobinoculars, comlink, night vision (+1D to Perception in darkness), environmental filter.

Belt: Personal energy shield generator: Provides +3D to resist energy damage. If damage exceeds the shield, the generator burns out and must be repaired.

Hands: Stun knuckler in the gauntlets. STR+1D Ion, 5 charges each.

Back: Integrated Jet Pack: Has Move of 100 meters horizontally, 70 meters vertically. Uses jet pack operation skill, base difficulty is Easy. Has 10 charges, can expend
up to two per round. The advantage there is it is integrated.

+2 to Search, +2 to Sneak, +2 to Climbing/Jumping

The above is good for Trax, what is available for Nim? He should be okay if it limited mobility but it'd have to have serious physical and energy protection. 1D for energy wouldn't be enough.
