The mission was a huge success. You rescued some 2500 prisoners. They will need to be processed and interviewed, but even conservative estimates suggest a significant number will join the resistance. Those that don't will be given passage somewhere else, or allowed to live in a civilian enclave not far from the main KDF base.
You also have captured an Imperial Corvette. This is a huge boon, as all the KDF capitol ships were lost in the initial invasion.
Having also rescued two apparent Jedi is also a great boon to the KDF resistance, though it remains to be seen what role they might play.
All in all, according to Major Tibbero, a hard job very well done.

The Hand looked down on the decapitated body of her former compatriot with dispassionate interest. In another life, she might have felt a sense of loss that a powerful servant of the Emperor had been struck down, but such feelings were but a distant memory for her now.
End knelt and examined the wound, and spotted the characteristic charring of a lightsabre. So, her target had finally surfaced. The wealth of DNA evidence on the ship should help her a great deal, but his presence among the rebels was somewhat troubling. It meant the ISB and Imperial Intelligence might muddy the waters. She would have to deal with that directly.
A nervous young officer marched up to her and saluted. She let him stand there a moment, stewing in his fear, before she rose and acknowledged him.
"Report."
"Mistress, our troops inspected the cell, and it is empty. The doors appear forced, likely cut open with a vibroblade. We have traced the prisoner to a hull breech in her cell bay. It seems the rebels broke her out. We found the Imperial Guard major dead in the command room."
That was not good news. But why a vibroblade? Unless Ch'lana was not part of the break out?
"Alert me as soon as the survivors can be made conscious. I need to speak with them. Alert my ship - we are departing immediately."
She rose and stalked off, six red-armoured stormtroopers of the Royal Guard falling in behind her. She would have some work to do before she reported this failure to the Emperor. At least it was that fool Shyon Enneb's fault.
