Ok, things are getting a little messed up with the timeline. So, here's the official sequence of events. I realize some of this is retconning. Deal with it.

Everyone lands on Kashyyyk. Everyone sort of mills about while the senators do their thing. They come out, announce the birth of the rebellion, and ask people to take oaths. Some do, some don't. Those that do go inside the ruined house. Those that don't stay outside and talk.
Maris appears and renews her offer to Keshani. Then Trax and Keshani have their chat. Keshani gets frustrated and heads to the cruiser as Collan and Niil emerge.
Nim comes out, barfs on Collan. Trax picks her up. Nim breaks his nose. Maris butts in, and Trax, Collan, Maris and Nim go onto the Rogue Shadow. Niil goes to pack.
Collan and Trax have a bit of a chat on the Rogue Shadow. Trax stays, Collan to the cruiser to pack.
Keshani, hearing people coming, leaves the workshop and heads to the cargo hold. No one sees her.
This is when Collan and Niil have their talk. Keshani had been hanging around for this time, and Collan's comment prompts her to seek out Keshani.

Danny is outside.
Wyrren Doha is outside.
Sgt Rand is outside (in a repulsorchair).
Collan and Niil are standing outside. (They've already stored their gear on the Rogue Shadow.)
Nightshade is outside.
Maris has just gone into the cruiser.
