HA!  No, no, I was thinking of Nim handing Connor a few raw or boiled eggs (ie. still in shell) for breakfast.  I can see him eyeing them for a few moments, and then turning pale.  Then green.  Then trying to figure out how to broach the subject of druid Wild Shape biology  (ie. ummmm, so whatever happens in elven form . . . stays in elven form?)   ;D
