Damn...yeah...does this count as a heroic use at a dramatically appropriate moment though?

Dude, let us mourn first.  Mariah was like a little sister to Trax.

Collan is yet unaware of the tragedy nor can he feel it yet through the Force... :P

LOL.

Assuming Trax lives there are going to be A LOT of imperials that will be feeling her death through hot plasma.

Unfortunately Niil can't create an Imperial stir-fry for this.  Not without going all evil-like.  Bleah.

Collan might have a little more trouble. I recall him kinda liking Mariah when they worked together for Senator Pasteur.

It was difficult to read, and even more so to reply to. I'd usually have penned something by now.

Sometimes as a GM, you need to write things you don't like writing.

Heh . . . I mean, it's not exactly evil if you use Force Lightning to bring down a platoon of battle droids, is it?  It's not like they're, well, alive . . .  ;D

I thought using dark jedi powers was automatically evil?

And here's a somewhat related question, do most jedi have dark side points?  I thought I recalled seeing in one source book that even Luke Skywalker had a few.

There are powers where their very learning, teaching, or use earns a dark side point because their use requires the release of strong emotions.

It's probably fair to say that most surviving Jedi have at least one dark side point. It would be difficult to live through the aftermath of Order 66 and never let anger or fear dictate your actions at least once.
