Collan gave Kesh a huge smile, "I could kiss you right now! Because that's our exit! We need to grab the Senators and call the Captain."

"And Danny?" She asked with a hint of nervousness in her voice. She was really afraid with all that had happened they would refuse to help her rescue the former Imperial Officer who had saved her life...

And back to down to the ground...

"I'm not going to lie. She has to be here...we can't go back the other way...but if she's here, we're getting Danny too."

Trax only half listened to the flurry of conversation as he himself considered the situation.  And it was good to see that Keshani's hearing was returning, or had returned in full.  If her hearing loss was more permanent, or longer lasting it would make a very bad situation even worse.

Like the others, he had expected some measure of resistance, and there still might be.  They had yet to determine what the life signs buzz showed were, and there was a lot of ground to cover before the area was considered secure.  And there might be automated defenses to make up for the lack of armed personnel.

He also agreed with Ch'lana, the troopers were now setting up to keep them in, or at the very least, to unleash a vicious onslaught if they had to leave the way they came in.  The troopers didn't know their shuttle wasn't docked, securing the exits was the smart move.  And at first he thought the concept of having docking bays in the detention area was odd, but if the throne room was directly above, then it made some sense.  The Emperor could come and go without having to move through half the station and high value prisoners could be off loaded directly into their cells.

"Let's keep moving and secure the area.  Be mindful, there might be automated defenses.

Nim, can you cloak Buzz and get him to start making a sweep and then start on seeing if you can get access at one of the consoles.  I'd like to make sure we have control over the docking bay doors before we need them because we have to high tail it out of here.

A prisoner manifest would be nice too.  Just because some of the people that will be in the cells are prisoners of the Empire it doesn't mean they'll be friends of ours.  I don't want to go opening doors to more trouble.  Kesh, once we know where Danny is you and I will go get her.

And someone see if they can do anything more about Ch'lana's injuries and then see to Nightshade when he's done scouting.  I want everyone with a clear head and be able to focus fully on what's to come."

With that Trax moved forward, staying ahead of the others to make sure anything they encountered would target him.

Niil nodded to Trax and hefted his blaster rifle, especially mindful of the doorways.  Each and every one of them could be concealing a pack of troopers - or worse.  If the throne room was directly above them, then Vader and the Emperor could be close - and he had little illusions about their chances if they encountered either of them - let alone both.  They were far from out of the woods yet, and they needed at least some power restored if they hoped to cycle an airlock for a dustoff.  The silence made it even more tense than the firefight they'd just left.  Calm, Niil, calm.   We have a good team here, and the Force is with us.  Muffling his comm, he whispered to Ch'lana, "I know I'm flogging a dead womp rat, but would you let Collan try to heal you?  The Force has already let him use telekinesis without any training, so it might succeed."

OOC:  How many doorways are we looking at down this stretch of corridor?

8 doorways, four per side.

Also, the Force continues to be with you. Anyone with less than 5 Force Points receives a bonus Force point that expires at the end of this mission.

"Copy, though it looks like we'll need a power source for all that." (unless I missed something there's no power to the consoles)

Nim had buzz cloak and sent him in for the sweep.

"Ch'lana...can you feel anything?" Collan asked of the old Jedi.

"We should move out and get into position to see who's here. I fear that waiting for power would delay us and bring unholy hell down."

Keshani glances at Collan, but pulls out her tools. In seconds, she has an emergency light open, and has popped the power cell out of it.

As Ch'lana, Niil, Trax and Collan stand there watchful and alert, Buzz zooms off down the corridor. With this stealth generator up, he's only visible as a distortion of the things he passes in front of, and you quickly loose sight of him.

There is no sign of Nighshade, but that's not surprising.

A moment later, there is a "Zzot" sound, and one of the consoles lights up. Keshani slides out from under the console, sucking a burn on her hand. "You got a couple minutes, not much more.

Smiling, Nim goes to work, and in moments she's got into the console diagnostics and dumped a memory scrape from the console into her wristcomp. A few touches later, a list of names is scrolling by. The list stops when a name pops up and starts flashing. Second Lieutenant Danny Webster, Imperial officer. She's being held in cell 1132. Fourth door on the right leads to that bay.

"I know it's just a scrape, but this list isn't all inclusive," Nim said, her brows furrowing. "It shows Danny is in that bay on the right, along with 11 other prisoners and the rest of the cells empty. But Buzz says just about all 50 cells show lifesigns. So this could be old data, a glitch, or maybe they're setting up an ambush."

Collan blew out some air...tough choices.

"Trax...how many did Vader capture?"

"Ch'lana would you be able to get a sense of what beings on the other side of the doors are thinking or feeling? Or if they've turned to the dark side?"

Ch'lana shakes his head. "I can sense nothing. The Dark Side clouds everything."

"That's just one bay. There's 8 bays, 50 cells each, and nearly if not all 400 show lifesigns although only 12 were supposed to be occupied. So if she's not in the one listed, then we're in a lot of osik. I don't think it's feasible to pop our heads into each cell and politely ask for names."
