Trax's wounds also wouldn't be visible.  The prosthetic would be fully covered and gloved.  And he's not wearing a crop top so his mid-section is not exposed.  Sorry to burst any bubbles with that one.

It was a guess.  Vader was at the same place that Trax and crew were at, and he was getting squirrelly when he saw Collan and Niil with lightsabers.
