Forward has only 3 stormies so it should be easier to blast through...but if we go backwards we'll have fewer shooting from behind.

I'm thinking that we're closer to the exit with the 3 healthies and 1 wounded, so it might be better to get through there.  Going back will mean extra time and 4 healthy troopers.
