Okay. So passive sounds like a good middle ground for us then. What would be next steps?

So, Passive would be more like what Trax used to do, only much more subtle, precise and targeted.

That's good to hear.  Being the master of subtlety that he is, Trax was really feeling out of place in most of those missions. :)

I guess you sign on the dotted line.

They are going to have issues if Trax is going to be included, but not willing to take an oath or something. You can handle that yourself, of course - use him as a free agent or "special asset" or something, but they would be more comfortable if he signed on.

I'll let Ken answer that one. Obviously we don't want anything inhibiting our ability to do what we need to.

So where would our first assignment be? :)

I guess that's a discussion Trax will have to have with the senators.  In his mind he's already done the "or something", he's lost Mariah, his arm, stormed a station the size of a small moon and nearly lost his life twice to save them and make this whole thing possible.  He is after all a man of action(s) more than of words.

However, if people start referring to him as 'special' he will not be impressed. :)

The Seventy Maxims of Maximally Effective Mercenaries, maxim #6;  If violence wasn’t your last resort, you failed to resort to enough of it.

Thanks for sharing the maxims, love them.  Reminds me of the Evil Overlord rules.

Profit

You're part of the rebellion now, you don't get to take jobs to make a profit.  Granted, as long as Bail doesn't question any expenses do you really need to try to make any profit?

Ah, okay.

This is what happens when you grow up without cable tv.  You miss(?) things.

It aired in '98. I suppose we were all still growing up in our 20s :)

SP is still airing, if you can believe that. And not just crap, either. Still good, relevant issues they poke fun at.
