So my kids found my Star Wars RPG books and wanted me to run a game for them. They were both talking a lot about pulling their lightsabers and blasters and killing Sith and Inquisitors. I tried to explain that that’s not what the game is about, but that fell upon deaf ears. What didn’t fall on deaf ears was the comment of if you hear a gamemaster ever ask, “are you sure? “ that you should reevaluate your life choices that point.
So Dramatis Personae:
Lux Linstrom, minor Jedi (played by Nate)
Raven, bounty hunter (played by Sam)
I started them a modified version of The Politics of contraband adventure with a ship owned by a character Michelle would know, Tyros Cabot (this version a jaded captain rather than a pirate). It’s set in the Rebellion and they’re moving a weapons cache for the Rebellion in the Atrivis sector. Their ship just got impounded and they were surrounded by stormies in the port with an officious (and corrupt) portmaster demanding a massive tax. That’s where we left off.
