The Kota Militia

How far are Collan and I from the cleared door right now?  If we're close, we might just be better off in making a mad dash for the door than using overwatch movement.

Even if you're not close, I think the mad dash plan would be a good idea.  Previous experience says the place is about to start spinning and tilting while it falls.

[ooc: oh to have reliable Danger Sense]

You're on a once floating, now falling and likely about to start spinning/tilting gun platform with a bunch of imperial stormtroopers on it.  Do you really need a jedi power to tell you you're in danger? :P

Considering it can detect attacks the round before they're actually launched at you and allow you to act accordingly . . . well, hell, yeah!   ;)

You guys are currently being shot at and likely to continue to be shot at when you exit the control room, act accordingly.  ;D

Danger Sense also gives a defensive boost, and the ability to reliably know where attacks will be landing a round in advance. For example, Niil will know that four shots will be fired at him, and where those shots will go, so he can strategically move to place equipment, or even pre-dodge those shots so they all miss.

In game terms, having Danger Sense up forces all opponents to declare their attacks a round in advance, and locks them in to those actions.

The dc is moderate so is it a 10 or a 15 to activate?

I thought you were always applying the top end of the difficulty scale; Very easy DC was always 5, easy 10, moderate 15 etc.

So in other words, not much difference from any other mission we've been on.  Encounter a hail of blaster fire and run like hell with a few shots fired back over our shoulders in an attempt to discourage pursuit.  No prob.   ;D

Exactly!

See, who needs a force power when you've got first hand experience. :)

Darren...closing the hatch and locking it may give us a round instead. If we blast the lock they could force it but hopefully we can get a pick up.

Right, I forgot that we're both on the other side of the door now.  Collan's gonna have to see to the door, though; Niil's turned into a guppy for this round.   :P

Worse news.

1. They could get a grenade through. It depends on how good the grenade roll is.

2. They have 12 more friends.

3. I'm controlling pain...so Force skills are out of the question.
